- 4 / 5By Hans KrijnenFinally after several months we made it to Bacchus pizza. We had high hopes after reading all the reviews. We ordered our drinks and pizza. The waitress could be a little friendlier, the chefs appearance could be a a little more professional, that is just my opinion. We orders the pizza with the blackened chicken, jalapeño, and mushrooms. For me the crust was perfect baked, crunchy on the outside, and a nice acidity in the dough. Toppings were enough and not overloaded on the pizza. The spiciness was perfect. Overall great pizza but the staff could be a little more professional. That's why I give it 4 stars and not 5.May 28, 2016
