  Over an hour after we ordered from this place through GrubHub they called to say that their delivery was terrible and that we should go pick it up ourselves. WTF

  I ordered 2 nights ago. It took 2 hours and 11 minutes to get the food. This is the second time this happened. The food was ice cold. Ice cold. Not even warm. The first time this happened they offered me 20 percent off of 1 dish. Im furious. Ill never ever order again. The sad part is the food is good. When its hot. However them charging me full price for ice cold food that I waited over 2 hours for with no explanation or apology TWICE!!!! Is unacceptable.
